Process
Discovery & Research
I started by conducting a competitor analysis of Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, and DoorDash. The goal was to identify gaps in the market and define QuickEats unique selling proposition: speed and affordability. This research informed the mood board and branding direction.

Branding & Visual Identity
Using insights from the research phase, I designed a logo that emphasizes speed and convenience. The style guide included a bold color palette and typography that reflects QuickEats dynamic personality.

Digital Marketing Strategy
A combination of Google Display ads, email marketing, and social media ads were used in the campaign. Using three square cards that each displayed a different meal option, I improved the Facebook advertisement into a proper carousel arrangement.

Refinements & Testing
I reorganized ad layouts for easier reading and clarified the call to action based on comments. The final designs were improved by Figma testing, which made sure they complied with industry requirements.

Final Takeaways
The significance of striking a balance between strategic execution and innovation was emphasized by this project. The need of properly constructed calls to action and the need to match ad formats with platform specifications were the most important lessons learned. To further improve the design, I would allot more time for user testing if I were to do this over.
