Meta Mall is a branding and digital marketing project created to launch a new kind of shopping platform: an AI-powered virtual mall designed for the future of e-commerce. With a focus on delivering an immersive, user-friendly shopping experience, the project positions Meta Mall as a cutting-edge destination where users can explore, shop, and connect in a virtual environment.
This project includes a comprehensive branding package, social media ad campaigns, and a fully responsive landing page designed to drive early access sign-ups. The visuals, messaging, and user flow work together to highlight Meta Mall’s core values—personalization, convenience, and innovation—making the platform stand out in a competitive digital market.

Process
Discovery & Research
The first phase involved identifying the unique value proposition of Meta Mall. I reviewed existing e-commerce platforms and analyzed their strengths and limitations, especially in how they communicated product variety and convenience. I also collected feedback from my previous presentations, which highlighted the importance of shifting the focus from advanced technology to a more user-centric shopping experience.

Planning & Ideation
Using feedback from earlier stages, I refocused the campaign narrative to emphasize ease, product discovery, and personalization. I mapped out the customer journey, crafted a detailed brand style guide, and began building the structure for the landing page and marketing assets, keeping accessibility and engagement top of mind.
Design & Execution
The visual identity was brought to life using a bold color palette of Neon Blue and Neon Pink to establish a futuristic yet friendly tone. I created motion-rich social media ads optimized for mobile platforms like Instagram and TikTok. For the landing page, I used Figma to design both desktop and mobile versions, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Key sections included user benefits, a CTA-driven hero banner, influencer testimonials, and FAQs.

Revisions & Refinement
Throughout the project, I continually refined the layout, content, and visuals based on critiques. I improved CTA button visibility, made heading sizes larger for better hierarchy, and fine-tuned the mobile layout to enhance readability. I also added visual assets like a virtual reality preview image to better communicate the immersive aspect of the shopping experience.
Final Outcome
The finished product is a cohesive digital campaign supported by a modern, conversion-focused landing page. It effectively conveys the vision of Meta Mall while addressing real user concerns and motivations. This case study not only showcases my ability to blend storytelling with strategy but also highlights my adaptability and attention to user feedback.
